1. Send PITBULL ALARM PRO to your client.
2. Call to device number from your phone. You’ve just become the main administrator of the system!
3. Configure PITBULL ALARM PRO via ELDES Utility software from anywhere (even if you are chilling on your sofa).

That’s it! The alarm system is ready for work. Share the login details with your client and recommend him to use various system control methods.

Swift and compact security system

Pitbull Alarm PRO is a unique security solution in a body of a motion sensor. Apart from its compact size and quick installation ability, the system also has an unseen wireless signal range of 3 km*, a pair of SIM card slots to support a permanent connectivity and a wise, pet-immune motion sensor (with immunity to animals for up to 40 kilo). Additionally, the device is equipped with the temperature sensor, the integrated microphone and the backup battery (lasting 24 hours), allowing the system to stay fully functional if loss of electricity happens. Moreover, it is possible to connect Pitbull Alarm Pro to a private security company via CMS (depends on client’s location).

Pitbull Alarm PRO supports up to 16 wireless devices: fire and water leak protection, door and window contacts, motion sensors, indoor and outdoor sirens and other devices. There are plenty of ways how you can control your ELDES alarm system. The only must-do is to choose your favorite: it might be the splendid ELDES Security App, the smooth KeyBoB (the best ELDES key fob), the tangible touchpad EWKB5, or those quite familiar SMS and phone call methods. Take the authority into your hands.

Key guidelines 

Remote connection guide

1. At first, you have to ask your client (i.e. user) to complete the following steps:
* after the user received the device, he has to insert the SIM card in the first (primary) SIM card slot The PIN code requirement must be disabled on the SIM card beforehand, as well as call, SMS and GPRS data options must be activated (if a prepaid type SIM card is used)).
* Next, the user has to power up the alarm system by plugging the main power supply.
* Finally, the user has to inform you that the device is ready to be configured.

2. Establishing a connection with the device via phone call:

NOTE: Please contact your SIM card mobile operator to ensure if you need to enter APN settings (Name, User, Password).

Quick guide No. 1 (when no APN settings required):
Make sure Pitbull Alarm PRO has been powered up and has an active SIM card

1. Dial the phone number of the SIM card inserted in the device;
2. Shortly, the system will send you a text message with an SMS code, confirming your admin rights;
3. Send an SMS command “stconfig” from the same personal mobile phone. This command will help to initiate the remote connection:
XXXX stconfig
(Enter the previously received SMS code in place of “XXXX“);
4. Using Utility software, connect to Pitbull Alarm Pro remotely by entering the received IMEI number (previously received in SMS).
5. After successful connection, you can continue the device configuration process remotely.
6. It is recommended to remotely configure the alarm system with the Service Mode enabled. This mode will ensure that there will be no interruptions during the configuration process.

Quick guide No. 2 (when you must enter APN settings):
Make sure Pitbull Alarm PRO has been powered up and has an active SIM card

1. Dial the phone number of the SIM card inserted in the device;
2. Shortly, the system will send you a text message with an SMS code, confirming your admin rights;
3. Set mobile operator’s Access Point Name (APN), by sending the SMS command:
XXXX SETGPRS:APN:internet
(Enter the previously received SMS code in place of “XXXX“);
Similarly, enter the previously received APN (provided by the GSM operator) in place of “internet”.
4. Set the User name of GPRS parameters (provided by the GSM operator), by sending the SMS command:
XXXX SETGPRS:USER:USR
(Enter the previously received SMS code in place of “XXXX“);
Similarly, enter the previously received User name (provided by the GSM operator) in place of “USR”.
5. Set the Password of GPRS parameters (provided by the GSM operator), by sending the SMS command:
XXXX SETGPRS:PSW:PASS
(Enter the previously received SMS code in place of “XXXX“);
Similarly, enter the previously received Password (provided by the GSM operator) in place of “PASS”.
6. Send an SMS command “stconfig” from the same personal mobile phone. This command will help to initiate the remote connection:
XXXX stconfig
Enter the previously received SMS code in place of “XXXX”.
7. Using Utility software, connect to Pitbull Alarm Pro remotely by entering the received IMEI number (previously received in SMS).
8. After successful connection you can continue the device configuration process remotely.
9. It is recommended to remotely configure the alarm system with the Service Mode enabled. This mode will ensure that there will be no interruptions during the configuration process.
