Flexible Zone & Output Expansion
EPGM2 is the next-generation expansion module combining the functionality of the previous EPGM1 and EPGM8 modules in a single device. A larger terminal block provides more space for wiring, while the dual-mode design allows installers to select the zone and PGM output configuration that best suits the system.
What’s changed?
- Larger Terminal Block: More space for wiring makes connections easier and installation more convenient.
- Dual-Mode Configuration: Two selectable operating modes provide greater flexibility for different system requirements.
- EPGM1 & EPGM8 Functionality Combined: EPGM2 combines the functionality of the previous EPGM1 and EPGM8 modules in a single device, providing more flexible zone and PGM output configuration options.
Two Operating Modes
- Mode 1: 16 Zones + 2 PGM Outputs – Designed for installations where more wired zones are required.
- Mode 2: 10 Zones + 8 PGM Outputs* – Designed for installations that require additional programmable outputs.
*Compatibility note: ESIM484 supports both EPGM2 configuration modes, while ESIM384 supports only the 16 Zones + 2 PGM Outputs configuration.
