To ensure smooth and easy gate control, we have created the Eldes Gates app for iOS smartphone users and the Eldes Gates widget for Android smartphone users. The solution will save you time and help you to manage your gate effortlessly. The app allows you to open and close the gate with just one touch, wherever you are.
Our mobile applications comply with the highest data security standards. All user data is encrypted and protected against possible cyber attacks. User information is stored on different servers around the world. Encrypted user passwords are invisible even to Eldes employees.
We have prepared a video guide to ease up first-time use of the Eldes Gates app and widget:
The mobile data services are not ordered on your mobile account;
The device does not have access to a mobile data network;
Cloud Services are disabled on the Eldes device;
3G Sim card is used while device only supports 2G network;
The GPRS settings are wrong (APN, Username, Password);
The GSM antenna is not connected or connected improperly;
The PIN code requirement is enabled on the SIM card;
The device is in place with low GSM signal;
The account phone number is already used on a different device. To release binding please contact the gate device administrator, who administrates phone numbers, and ask to use the “Clear ID” function for the specified phone number.
It’s just a periodical notification that allows the app to communicate with the cloud server.
It may occur on some custom Android versions, like MIUI on Xiaomi and Harmony OS on Huawei. Don’t worry if it happened, just go to the Widgets section from the main screen and pick “Eldes Gates” widget from the list.
It happens very rarely. To solve the issue, simply re-add widget to the main screen and it will get back to normal.
